The Ritz London App isn’t just another application, it’s like having a concierge in your pocket, giving you access to the hotels facilities and the fabulous range of attractions and places of interest that London has to offer.
The application offers full Smartphone and tablet functionality and provides the user with access to a location and direction facility with map visual, if the option of the GPS has been activated.
You are able to arrange a host of concierge services in App such as dining reservations, floral arrangements, transportation services, babysitting services, or any other special request. All through our concierge connection facility.
You are also able to view accommodations and book directly through the device by using the reservation options within the Apps main menu.
Local businesses have included information for the benefit of guests and these provide a range of local services and offers that guests of The Ritz London can take advantage of.
All information contained in this App is cached once the App is downloaded which can then be accessed without an Internet connection. Some features such as the maps will not be accessible as they require an Internet connection.
